In order to support you, Questek's technical support consultants need to be able to access your computer. In order to do so, you need to run our support program.
When you run this program, you will get a list of support servers.
Select the server that the consultant tells you, and press the OK button. This will then allow the consultant to view and use your computer. Once they are done they will disconnect and your computer will no longer be able to be remote controlled.
