New! Workflow

Humanis 8.1 sports a new workflow engine which provides the ability to automatically perform actions as a response to things that the user does. This is a completely user-configurable system, meaning that workflow can be configured by each client to their own specifications, without requiring anyone from Questek to do things for them.

Using a simple workflow editor, administrators can create a list of actions that occur when a particular event is triggered:

You can easily specify merge codes for all fields, allowing you to customize the email that is sent, the activity that is created and more. You can even decide if items are optional, and if they are, users are prompted to check off the items they wish to do.

Some examples of workflow include:

  • Sending an email to a client the first time they place an order
  • Creating an activity to call back an applicant after they've been entered into the system
  • Removing an applicant from the Favorites list if they are no longer active
